  • Combine aloe vera gel and milk to help grease your private area. Another remedy for vaginal dryness, is to add one teaspoon of saffron to milk, which is taken on a regular basis.
  • Wearing cotton undies, encourages air circulation in the private area, which helps to balance your private region greasiness.
  • Avoid using soaps with added fragrance when washing the private area, which can cause irritation and dryness.
  • Try to avoid bubble baths, the ingredients found in bubble bath soaps can cause irritation and dryness in your area.
  • Some women have a case of vaginal dryness, due to the kind of chemicals they come into contact with on a daily basis. Check the ingredients list on laundry, hygiene and personal products, as they may contain perfumes and other chemicals that irritates the delicate nature of your muscosal tissues- the tissues that lines the private region.
  • Keeping your body hydrated will help combat vaginal dryness. It is recommended to drink at least 8 to 10 pints of water each day.

Hi Minilake, thanks for stopping by. I respect your opinion and glad you commented. If you carefully read through the article, you would see I wasn't encouraging douching, I was merely pointing out, what can happen if you douche. As per the breast feeding issue, I do not write articles based on speculation, I do my research, as a mother, who has breast feed my son on demand, I know first hand that it decreases a woman hormone (estrogen). The feeling for sex is not as strong as it was before.
